All fees and charges will be calculated and displayed after you have entered your shipping information and selected your shipping method. - To lower the cost and bring savings to you, we charge a flat express package delivery service fee. Please be sure to enter the correct shipping method. Otherwise, your order will be delayed. Return Policy
General Policy for Returns:
At GiftDots.com, we offer 100 % customer satisfactory guarantee. If you are not satisfied, please contact us for a return permission.
Here are the rules to follow for your return:
- You must request a return for refund within 30 days after the invoice date. No refunds after 30 days.
- Each return MUST have a RMA, the "Return Merchandise Authorization" number. Please write down the RMA number outside of the box when you return your merchandise.
- One RMA number can only be issued for one invoice. If you have different items from different invoices, then you need to request for a different RMA number for your returns.
- When returning product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You are also responsible for insuring the returned item. GiftDots.com will not be responsible for any shipping loss from your side.
- Customer must inform GiftDots.com of any order discrepancy within 7 days of the delivery date for accurately investigator. Physical damage to any product will void the product's warranty and the RMA Policy.
- All return (s) must have the original packaging and accessories.
- The shipping fee is non-refundable. Buyer is always responsible for return shipping costs and insurance; Hence GiftDots.com will not reimburse any customer return shipping cost.
- Please allow 2-7 business days to process your return.
- GiftDots.com reserves right to refuse the service that void the return policy.

Return Policy for Refunds
You may return most items sold by GiftDots.com within 30 days from the invoice date for a full refund. Please include the following information: a copy of your invoice; if you don't have the invoice, then please include a note with your order number or RMA number. Please note that all items for a refund must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories, blank warranty cards, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns for a refund if the return is a result of your error.
We cannot accept returns of certain items for a refund, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any DV tape, software, video game, or cassette tape that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is physically damaged, or is missing parts.
- Any DVD and CD media that has been custom printed by customers on the surface of the media.
Return Policy for Exchange or Replacement:
At GiftDots.com, we take 60 days warranty for product exchange. If you would like an exchange, the item(s) returned need to be unused/unopened and within warranty. You will also need to include the item(s) with the code number that you would like. If there is a difference in the cost, please refer to the payment method for the difference. If you do not include the required information with your return, your request may not be processed.Warranty Information:
Please note that we have a 30 days money back warranty and all products are sold with their respective manufacturer's warranty. Please note that warranty periods and services vary from manufacturer and product.Return Shipping Cost:
In order to keep our prices low and competitive we are unable to issue a refund for any return postage. You will be responsible to return any item(s) back to us at your cost for us to process your request for either a refund or exchange.Restocking Fee:

Canceled order must be called in before 11 a.m. EST, no e-mail accepted to avoid cancellation fee (shipping cost). For any refused package or any returns to GiftDots.com due to incorrect address, action, inaction or absence of the recipient, we will refund back to your credit card with less shipping charge.Return Procedure:
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the guarantee return period for the products. GiftDots.com will not accept returns without prior authorization or a RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. All RMA numbers should be displayed on the shipping box. If the original order was paid with a credit card, please enter the credit card number on the RMA request form so that the credit will be applied correctly.Customers are solely responsible for shipping any returned products to GiftDots.com. Customers agree to pay all shipping charges and accept all risk of loss for the return products during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals and other accessories provided by the manufacture. GiftDots.com will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component. The same applies if the product has scratches, dents or excessive wear. Please allow 2 to 7 business days to process your returns.
All Clearance products (e.g. any goods marked clearance) purchased from GiftDots.com will not be accepted for returns.
